Technical Program Manager Hardware Software

Drive complex technical programs at OLIX across hardware, software, optics, and manufacturing. Bring engineering literacy and structured delivery leadership. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end execution for programs critical to OLIX’s roadmap. You will align engineering, product, and business stakeholders while managing scope, priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs. Your work will support delivery from research and development through on-time mass-manufactured products. Key Responsibilities:

Own complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion Maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, and trade-offs Identify risks, blockers, and mitigation actions Run planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives Requirements:

Broad engineering experience across hardware, software, and manufacturing Three-plus years in technical program management or senior project management Experience delivering large multidisciplinary programs with interdependent teams Engineering literacy for credible technical trade-off discussions Strong stakeholder management and program management expertise Apply technical program management, engineering literacy, and risk leadership to OLIX delivery across interconnected technology disciplines.
