Design Project Manager
At Leap29 we are partnering with a global consulting business, our client supports the engineering, design, construction and execution of advanced facilities and we have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join them to support projects in the French speaking region of Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
Manages delivery of individual projects and holds primary responsibility for achievement of cost, schedule and quality objectives.
Oversees activities of Project Engineers, Construction Manager and Site Superintendents on assigned projects.
Manages the delivery of design in conjunction with Design Managers.
Manages the compliance approach of projects.
Ensures achievement of safety objectives on assigned projects.
Ensures achievement of corporate goals for assigned projects.
Coordinates resources to achieve project goals.
Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships.
Identifies risks to project and corporation and works with EMEA Management team to mitigate risks.
Special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience executing project delivery, 5 of which must be in a Project Management role.
Industry Experience: Life science experience (Biotechnology, cell and gene therapy, Aseptic processing).
Languages: Fluent in French and English
