Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical delivery of integrations, from scoping and estimation through production support

Design and evolve ETL/ELT pipelines to load, normalise and version data across middle office systems and the client portal

Build data access APIs and platform endpoints (Databricks, Snowflake, REST) for clients to consume their data securely

Set standards for data consistency, integrity and quality, including validation, audit trails and reconciliation

Partner with the DBA team on performance tuning across SQL Server stored procedures, indexing and partitioning

Build operational readiness with monitoring, alerting, runbooks and incident response

Mentor engineers and, for the manager scope, lead a small team

Use AI‑enabled tools to speed up development and improve test coverage

Must-have requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership, delivery leadership or people management

Advanced T‑SQL skills, with strong data modelling and performance optimisation experience on high‑volume OLTP systems

Experience building data solutions across data warehouses, data lakes and reporting systems

Authorisation to work in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future
