About Our Client

Our client is a well established, Swiss Asset Manager regulated by FINMA.

Job Description

Establish and develop a dedicated Wealth Management business

Liaise with the CEO and Board in building the private banking offering

Firstly attract and maintain your own clients

Further grow a private banking team which will also focus on attracting clients from their network

Expand the overall current client and asset base

Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements

Active member of the executive management

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience of over 10 years in attracting and maintaining own clients

Ideally experienced in leadership and managing other bankers

Direct and current client base

Truly entrepreneurial spirit

Market focus Switzerland and/or Europe

Extensive experience in Swiss banking

Build and nurture relationship with key stakeholders both internally and externally

Self-motivated and dynamic with an ability to work independently

Fluent in English with all other languages a plus
