Job Description
For this on-site position at our Geneva office, we are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and innovative Head of Marketing to join our leadership team. The Head of Marketing will play a crucial role in defining and executing our customer acquisition and retention strategies, leading our growth initiatives, and driving our revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, partnership development, and team management in the SaaS industry. You should be extremely hands-on, data-driven and outcome-oriented, with a keen eye for efficiency and precision. This role will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive and data-driven growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and monetization
Analyze key business metrics and customer data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Work closely with the Product, Sales and Support teams to optimize product-market fit and lead conversion strategies
Oversee and optimize performance marketing initiatives across various channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content marketing
Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and drive growth
Monitor and forecast market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Develop and manage the growth team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our business goals with the market opportunities
Drive adoption of growth hacking techniques within the organization
Requirements
5+ years experience in digital marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus
Experience building, leading, and managing a team
Proven experience in a growth-focused role, in the SaaS industry
Solid knowledge of web analytics, A/B testing, and digital marketing strategies
Strong and proven experience with SEO and ASO
Proficiency in using data analytics tools and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
Strong team player with the ability to work within or manage a team or even work independently as needed
Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking)
