Job Description We seek a highly skilled and motivated Product Design Lead to lead and grow a dynamic team of product designers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wealth management on a global scale. This is a permanent position based in our office in the heart of Lausanne.
As a Product design lead, you will:
Leadership and Strategy
Define and drive the overall product user experience strategy in alignment with the company's vision.
Articulate a compelling vision for the user experience that inspires clients, leaders, and partners, driving a strong competitive advantage in the industry.
Oversee the entire end-to-end user experience across our platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to align design initiatives with business objectives.
Team Management
Lead a team of designers, and researchers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the growth and success of individual team members.
Provide a design vision to the design team, inspiring and mentoring designers to deliver high-quality work.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture, encouraging creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and hiring efforts to build a talented and efficient design team.
Set and maintain high standards for design quality, consistency, and visual aesthetics across our platform.
Implement best practices and design standards to ensure a unified and delightful user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and user experience best practices, and incorporate them into design strategies.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver impactful design solutions.
Present design concepts, strategies, and outcomes to internal teams, executives, and external partners, articulating design rationale and justifying design decisions.
