Job Description We are looking for a Legal & Regulatory Intern with a Tech passion.

Admission to the National Bar Association is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

Advising on the legal requirements and framework for offering and selling online travel-related products.

Support in drafting and reviewing international contracts, such as but not limited to distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements etc

Deploying the company processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law and Tourism Law analysis.

Create and deliver guidance documents and training material for teams within the business under the direction of the Senior Managing Legal Counsels.

Support with the creation and implementation of efficient and scalable ways of working to enable sustainable business growth.

Qualifications Skills and Experiences:

Degree in Law

Strong communications and relationships skills; teamwork-oriented

Proactive, motivated, flexible and with a positive attitude

Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner; demonstrating problem-solving attitude

Perfect knowledge of English and Italian language mandatory – full proficiency. German/French/Spanish is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management, consistently meeting deadlines and effectively prioritizing tasks.

Confidence in providing support to both legal teams and business units.

Capability to showcase commercial awareness and a deep understanding of business requirements.

Professional and collaborative approach to work.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs), maintaining a consistently high standard of knowledge and application.
